Seiri |
The purpose of “Seiri” is to make more space and prevent from misusing, and then create a clean workplace.
a) classify all the articles into necessary and unnecessary,
b) the two kinds of articles must be separated strictly.
c) The unnecessary articles should be disposed of as soon as quickly. |

Seiton |
The purpose is to make the workplace be clear at a glance, reduce the time of finding articles and remove the excessive overstock.Classify and make the necessary articles in good order, definite their quantity and get them marked. |

Seiso |
To sweep the workplace clearly. The purpose is to keep the workplace clean and bright and reduce industry damage. |

Seikeetsu |
The purpose is to hold the achievements of the former three items. The daily maintenance after “Seiri”l“Seiton” and “Seiso”, that is to put them into system and habit. |

Shitsuke |
The purpose is to improve the quality of the staffs and cultivate their responsible attitude to all jobs. Improve the levellof civilization and manners of the staffs,strengthen their sense of community, and form a good habit of acting according to the regulations by the methods of morning conference and so on. |
